In case you would like to make a fixed reservation in the ACCOMMODATION CASTLE STAIRS, please fill in the reservation form. We will send you a voucher confirming your reservation and a notice requiring either a guarantee of your reservation or a down payment:

Your Options to Pay:

1. Advance payment is possible by a bank transfer. Possible only within the Czech Republic. Please send the advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total reservation price on the following account number: 112877173/0300 ČSOB You can either use a bank transfer or a money order. In both case please state your last name in the notice to payment recipient and use the number of your reservation confirmation as the variable symbol.
2. The entire price of the reservation can be paid by a bank transfer. Possible only within the Czech Republic. Please send the payment in the amount of the entire reservation price on the following account number: 112877173/0300 ČSOB. You can either use a bank transfer or a money order. In both case please state your last name in the notice to payment recipient and use the number of your reservation confirmation as the variable symbol.

Cancellation Policy:

Fees Applicable upon Cancellation:
If cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival: 25% of the advance payment
If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the advance payment
If cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of no show: 100% of the advance payment

Check out: till 10 am
Change of your arrival date is possible in case of serious medical and other reasons. Please contact us in advance.
